The Wing Luke Museum Community Heritage Center Database is provided as a public service for use in research, teaching and private study. Some material in this collection may be protected by U.S. Copyright law and usage of some items may also be restricted by terms of donor restrictions, privacy and publicity rights, licensing and trademark.

Transmission or reproduction of protected items beyond that allowed by fair use requires the written permission of copyright owners. The Wing Luke Museum will provide as much information as possible about copyright owners. Ultimately it is the users responsibility to use an item according to the terms governing its use.

We welcome information from copyright owners not properly identified so the appropriate information may be provided in the future.
