Abstract

Beneath this line is a rectangular box with "Lenny Anderson's/ Tempus Puget" written inside with a running man to the left of "Tempus." Five paragraphs down, under the subtitle, "Seattle Wash. Day Lines," is a paragraph on Wing Luke, noting that he was probably the "first Concil cadidate to campaign with fortune cookies." Inside the fortune cookies were "gems of oriental philosophy credited to Luke."
