Card measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/8" and has rounded corners. It has a clear plastic border around an image of a certificate declaring Wing Luke's Award of Bronze Star Medal. The image appears with black text on a white background. At the top is a star with a ribbon. The following text notes the Award to Technician Forth Grade Wing C. Luke for ground operations in the Pacific Theater of World War II in December 1, 1944 through February 6, 1946. It was presented on November 26, 1951 and is signed by the Major General of the U.S.A. and the Acting Secretary of the Army. The image has a thin black border, a star in each corner, and rounded corners like the card.
