Abstract
Three documents A: White paper mimegraphed letter in Chinese. There is a red stamp of Chinese characters in the center and in English: "Wong Family Association 744 No. Broadway Los Angeles 12, Calif." Dated May 24th, 1961. Announcement for memorial service for former Los Angeles chair person Bing-Chiang (Keung) Wong who died may 24, 1961. The service was to be June 3. B: White onion skin paper with black ink letterhead in English and Chinese and black vertical lines. Letterhead reads: "Wong Kong Har Wun Sun ass'n 744 North Broadway Los Angeles, Calif., USA" Dated 1961. It is a letter indicating that Ming Shi (Sai) Wong sent $5.00 to Seattle for oil (?){Balm - donation to a temple] but had not received it yet. He and another man are traveling to Seattle to correct the arrangement. C: Mimeographed Letter In Chinese. There is an association red seal stamp on the left. It is an announcement of a funeral for the former chairperson Tseng Uan Wong . He died April 30, 1963. Funeral was to be May 19, 1963 in the auditorium of the Chinese school.
