The front cover had three vertical lines of Chinese characters. There is a rectangular purple stamp on the lower left side. In the upper left corner is a small white sticker with: "CHINESE MISICAL CLUB, SEATTLE 1940 DUNKLEE 2/24/89". The back cover has a small center design on it. On the inside of the back cover is a map of Shanghai. On the last page at the bottom is: "CHINESE MUSICAL CLUB 506 MAYNARD AVE SO SEATTLE WASH U.S.A." The address is crossed out and "703 1/2 King St." is written below it. The front cover has become separated from the text.
