Issued by the fund raising bureau of the Chinese Revolutionary Army fund collected and processed by Li Giong chuan." Dated 15th day of the 10th month of the Xin year in heaven's course. Oct. 11, 1911. From the way the year is indicated this may be a receipt issued by the Hongmen fundraising bureau.
