Abstract
Contract states that Mr. Ng (Eng) Bin Yu was moving to America with his family, and his belongings which he received from his parents were taken care of by his uncle, Mr. Ng (Eng) Hok Chin, who was not liable for any damage by mice, insects or accidents to the property. Eng Bin Yu would pay Eng Hok Chin for the expenses of cleaning and taking care of the family tombs and the oil lamps. Eng Bin Yu retains the right touse any of the property at any time.
