Description
Chinese fiddle bow made of bamboo, slightly curved down at one end, curved down then up at the other end. At one end the bow strings are passed through a hole in the bow and knotted. 2" from the other end, a braided length of the bow string passes through a hole and is knotted around the handle. The braided cord extends about 2" along the bow strings below the hole. Given to the donors by friends when they were living in McLean, Virginia in the 1960's.
