Lotto - Artifacts

Description
This chuck-a-luck gambling set consists of a circular wire cage mounted on a 1" piece of wood, 15" x 24" painted red, and numbered ping pong balls. The wire cage can be rotated around, and has a removable cap on one side and a release valve on the other. There are 237 numbered ping pong balls altogether. They have the number printed twice on each ball. Most of the balls have one number in green and one number in black. There are 3 of each number from 1-80 except 3, 14, and 31 which only have 2. There are 5 pieces of heavy twine strung across the diameter of the cage in one direction and 9 pieces of heavy twine strung in the other direction, 3 to one side, 3 in the middle, and 3 on the other side. Two metal brackets 14" high suspend the wire cage so that it can rotate freely. The removable cap is circular with groove marks around its perimeter. The release valve is a curved piece of metal which pushes the spring to allow the ping pong balls to drop out.
