Short-sleeved full-length blue/purple abstract rectangular patterned silk chiffon Chinese woman's dress (Cheong Sam). The edges of the garment are bound in blue plain weave silk. The right front asymetrical closure is fastened with one snap and 13 button knots. The three near the neck are larger and are in an abstract leaf shape. There are hemline slits on both sides of the garment. The design of the fabric consists of blue/purple rectangles on top of white/blue/purple abstract design, with white lines and black almond shapes. Garment is in fair condition with random dark spots.
