Description
Finger drum -- small, 2.375" diameter, parchment drum mounted on a 5.75" long, 1/4" diameter round bamboo handle. The drum head is approximately 7/8" deep. Face of the drum is unpainted. A thread is fastened on each side of the drum, with a small bead attached to the end of the thread. When the handle is twirled in the fingers or between the palms of one's hands, the beads strike the face of the drum. The side of the drum has two painted bands of pink at the edges with black dots simulating nailheads. A blue band down the center has white and yellow floral designs.
