Cloth doll with traditional Okinawan dress. Hair pulled up in a chignon, a dark cotton ikat gown underneath with multi- colored kimono on top. In her hands she holds a large, flower-like hat. (See 1988.011.001 for actual hat.) This contemporary doll has a silk face with painted-on features. The colorful outer kimono is crepe. The stand is a black shiny wood.
