Flat fan with butterfly-shaped form. One side of the fan face is red, the other black. Both are decorated with writing in Japanese. The red side also has a gold crescent and a diamond form. A gold metal band decorated the top of the handle, the bottom has an orange silk tassel. Paper version of Comander's Fan
