A woman's open front, black damask silk jacket. The silk has a black floral pattern. The sleeves have blue nylon cuffs. The front closures are edged with 5 cm. striped bands of multicolored pink nylon. There is a 19 cm x 10 cm rectangle collar stitched to the jacket with the decorative side down.
