Girl's Skirt material of brown and black horizontal stripes, essentially sewn into a tube. The top is altered to afford a neat fold, with a clasp, as well as a hook and eye. The lower 4 1/2" of the skirt is a sewn-on embroidered piece featuring diamonds,crosses, and hourglasss figures arranged in rows in orange, yellow, blue-gray, red, and gold, thread.
