A sheet steel tube, plugged and sealed at one end, with a metal key (B) consisting of a threaded shaft with a loop handle a steel band, welded to the lovk body (A) provides the anchor for the half-circle shaped hasp; the latter is held at one end by a rivet, allowing it to pivot.
