Tapered brass rim 2 3/4" high which appears to be welded to the brass face. The latter features a "dimple" in its center- 3 3/4" diameter and 1 5/8" high. There are two carrying cord holes in the rim ( but no cord) and a rectangular (3/4" x 1/4" ) hole ( of uncertain purpose) in the face. Overall shape is circular, with reverse curved rim.
