Natural straw hat worn by Sado Island dancers. With brown dyed straw near edge and near top center sewn together with straw strands. Hat is held under chin with red ribbon which goes through crown of hat. The hat is circular but worn in a half circle shape with pointed ends front and back, hiding the face.
