Black Mandarin Court Hat: Black silk satin hat constructed of four pieces with black velvet upturned brim. In center of top is a red silk tassel with a brass finial in the middle. The hat is lined with red cotton and on the black inner band is sewn one plain ribbon that extends from side to side.
