Whistle - Artifacts

Description
Whistle made of metal with loose round ball of light material inside. At the end of the whistle, set on a hsort circular base and laid on its side, there is a cylindrical attachment with a metal ring through it. The ring is cut so it can be opened. The metal of the ring still retains its shine while the metal of the main body of the whistle has a dark discoloration. The flat top adjacent to the mouthpiece of the whistle is engraved with "signal police" in capital letters with an eagle with outstretched wings on the top of a globe below.
