Gold metal tie clip formed of top metal piece with ends curled under connected to a longer piece of metal with a downward curve by a short piece of metal which wraps around the first two pieces and holds them tightly together, one lying flat on top of the other. The top side of the metal piece with the curled ends has a roughly cast design of a row of horizontal lozenges with triangles fitting into the upper and lower spaces between. Some discoloration occurs, especially on the edges of the piece. Also the lower metal piece, which is longer, is not bent in a smooth curve.
