Stamp - Artifacts

Description
Signature stamp formed of carved wooden piece with rubber plate attached to bottom. The wooden piece has been cut so there are two horizontal depressions, one on each side, along the length of the wooden piece. The top of the wooden piece also slants and has two long cuts along the length of the piece. Within the cuts has been placed the ends of a plastic cover which spans the space between the cuts and holds a white piece of paper with Wing Luke's signature stamped in black. The long sides of the wooden peice have been finished in a red-brown stain. The short sides of the wooden piece remain unfinished. A piece of nylon string is also tightly tied around the wooden peice where the depressions are. The bottom of the wooden piece has been cut to fit a long rectangular peice of spongy rubber which is the same length as the wooden piec. Attached to the top of this red rubber is a piece of black rubber formed as Wing Luke's signature in reverse so when stamped it appears the correct way. Most of the exposed side of the red rubber is black from the ink used to stamp the signature, and the two lower edges along the red rubber also has turned black from the ink.
