Chest - Artifacts

Description
Doll's Chest of Drawers (Tansu) A: Case for chest has two sides, top, bottom, drawer rests, kick plate and back. (Piece from top has come off - numbered J). Black lacquered wood has a gold painted vine pattern with 3 leaves on top and sides; one large gold painted peony with 9 leaves on top. Back is plain black lacquer. B-G: 5 drawers are black lacquered wood with gold painted vine pattern with 3 leaves on fronts, gold painted peonies, round silver colored metal disk with vine pattern and "keyhole" in center top of drawers, two metal drawer pulls in a curved shape attached with metal disks. B: top drawer has peony with 6 leaves on the right, C: 2nd drawer has peony with 6 leaves on the left D: 3rd drawer has peony bud with 4 leaves on the right E-F: 4th drawer has one peony bud with 4 leaves on the left; drawer in split in two inside G: 5th drawer has peony with 6 leaves on the right H-I: 2 silk tassels are tied to the top drawer pulls, made of orange silk cord ending in 2 tassels each with white tops and orange bottoms, knotted in two places in a flower design.
