Description
This souvenir cloth was made to commemorate the August 1937 VII World Conference of WFEA in Tokyo, Japan. The design was stamped onto the cloth using medium and dark blue inks. On the left side of the cloth, there is a picture of an etiquette book. Underneath the word etiquette, which is written in English, there is a picture of a bouquet held together by a ribbon. The spine of the book has calligraphy on it. In the center of the cloth there is a circular seal that has a character on both sides of it. The center of the seal has a bridge with a lantern on it. In the background, there is a mountain. Above the mountain there is horizontal calligraphy. Encircling this scene "VII World Conference of WFEA August 1937 Tokyo Japan" is written in English. On the right side of the cloth there is one line of calligraphy.
