Block, Printing - Artifacts

Description
Stamp (Yin), soap stone in multi-shades of gray, taupe and dark brown, square columnar shape; carved designs of water and speckles throughout the surface on three sides, top side has 2 roaring Chinese "Fu" lion dogs on the branches. The inscription reads "Yin of a Thousand Chinese Miles". The stamp is used on calligraphical work or on paintings to mark an occasion. This stamp has hairline cracks throughout. Some wider cracks are filled in with an unknown material.
