Description
A: HANDLE Incised bone handle has wooden plug at one end where the blade would be. The design is enhanced with black ink in places: on both ends are flowers with 3 petals and 2 leaves. In the middle are two robed men, one with a beard At one end are two more robed men with mountains behind. B: SPACER Slice of hollow oval shaped bone has incised decoration of filled oval shapes. C & D: GUARDS Two sword guards are thin bone disks with slots in the middle which would slip over the blade. E: END CAP The handle or scabbard end cap is made of oval bone with one side flat and the other convex.
