Banner Off-white satin hanging with casing at top for a metal rod, horizontal row of gold Chinese characters stamped at the top, red and blue circles in the center contain an image of a working man in blue overalls and cap standing behind a blue cog; behind him is the blue and red Chinese Nationalist flag and behind that is a yellow outline of Taiwan; at the bottom stamped in gold "Chinese Federation of Labor, Republic of China". The banner comes to a point at center bottom and has a yellow fringe or silk cord stitched with blue, white and red rows; it is lined with white cotton. The metal rod at the top has finials at either end and has a yellow silk cord tied at both ends as a hanger, the left end has a yellow tassel.
