Red vinyl record in paper folder inside envelope A: Record (Diam: 6.875") made of soft red vinyl, "Sonolette", Side A: 33 1/3 speed "Symphonic Ballad based on Japanese Folk Songs" NHK; Side B: "Melody of Japanese Folk Songs in Latin Rhythms", no label, silver writing B: Paper jacket (closed 7.875" x 7.375"), reinforced with plastic with yellow background, world map in red with Tokyo at center, "Radio Japan Covers the World", back: picture of Ohara-me woman dressed in blue and white kasuri (farmer's clothes) with red obi and straw hat with face, rain cape shows at shoulders, carries a hatake duster, "63 Radio Japan Sonolette"; inside has information on Radio Japan and lists sets of songs: Side A has 4 folk songs "Sado Okesa", "Nambu Ushioi Ute", "Aizu Bandaisan", Aikita Obako"; Side B has songs of Shikoku and Kyushu and southern Japan, "Otemoyan", "Hietsuki-bushi", "Kompura Fune Fune" (boat), "Yosakoi-bushi" C: Paper envelope with a clasp closing (around clasp "Tombosuki" with picture of bird, "Nippon Hoso Kyokai" in red (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), Tokyo, Japan, 63 Radio Japan Sonolette in lower left corner
