Greeting Cards - Artifacts

Description
Cards Used to Send Greetings or to give as small Gifts. A: Beige colored card with green design at the bottom of swimming kappa (Water Mink), surrounded by green plants. On the back is blue kanji and illustration of flat fan with morning glory design and the number 5 below. this card used for summmer time greetings. B: White card with pale green scene of mountain above, cherry trees on the left and tents pitched in bushes below. Blue kanji on back. C: Beige card with pale green and tan scene of a man polling raft down blue river, trees and mountain in background. Green kanji on back. D: Beige card with pale green scene of mountain above and hut below. Three yen stampaed in green in lower left. Blue kanji on the back. E: White card with pale green background, large white moon, and two greenish blue bats flying around. F: i - iv. Set of Cards in paper folder illustrating kokeshi dolls. Fi: Block printed card showing two kokeshi dolls decorated with green red and black designs. In the back are grey rectangular line designs. Grey shadows appear on the dolls and on the table surface. Two columns of black kanji. In lower right hand corner "Sekino". Fii: White card with two kokeshi dolls wood block printed in yellow with red, green and purple designs. Black kanji written beside each doll. Fiii: Card with blue background, block printed, image of two kokeshi dolls decorated with black and red, doll on the right smaller with tilted head. Black kanji at left. Fiv: White paper wrapper folded into three has sillouete of kokeshi doll, kanji in white and brown.
