This piece is a whistle with a cloth to wear the whistle around the neck. The cloth is made of cotton printed with a red and white design. The design seems to be a magnified view of shibori squares (white on red). The cloth is folded lengthwise and sewn on all sides. The whistle is of metal. A motif of a dove with an olive branch hanging from its beak is embossed on the mouthpiece. One side of the whistle's chamber is embossed with a circle.
