Temple Cloth - Artifacts

Description
Nishiki Temple Cloth A woven silk rectangle with brocade designs of deer, pheasants, and flowers laid out in bands of gray, tan, blue, yellow and brown. The bands are separated with lines of gold and silver thread. The ends of the cloth are stitched to prevent raveling and the worp threads are tied into tassels each overlaping the other. The sides have narrow hem which has been machine stitched.
