Weights - Artifacts

Description
Wood box of medium ounce and gram weights. A: Wood box, varnished, with two recessed brass hinges in back. There is a front lock with a hook on bottom piece and screw on top. "Norwich" is carved in top with frame, both in gold. Top part of box has dark blue felt padding iside. Bottom interior is coarved to accommodate the weight cylinders and has two wells for smaller weights, a side groove for tweezers. Three deep grooves are cut into wood between wells an cylinder wells. B: 2 oz. brass cylinder with knob on top. C: 1 oz. " D: 1/2 oz. " E: 1/4 oz." F: 50 gm. " G: 20 gm. " H: 10 gm. " I: 10 gm. " J: 5 gm. " K: 2 gm. " L: 2 gm. " M: 1 gm. " N: Brass curved flat tweezers; Length 3.5" O: Well cover, white plastic with red plastic handle; "2 Scruples x1/2 grain" P: Well cover, white plastic with red plastic handle; "Fractionals 500 x 10 mg." Q: Metal tab of 200 mg. R: Metal tab of 500 mg. S: Metal tab of 20 mg.
