Description
1997.43.18A This is a glass bottle (H:2.4", W:0.51"), and the glass has a lot of tiny bubbles. The medical oil is browm and it seems not to be used. There are a red seal and a cork in the opening area. The bottle is in good condition. !997.43.18B A broken hardboard box (L:2.76", W:0.91", H:0.71"), and two pieces of paper. Their condition is fair, The hardboard box without upper and bottom cover. The box is wrapped by a discolored paper. Many cracks along the folding sides. near top and bottom, the cracks are most serious. In the front of the box, there is orange brand paper. Inside the box, therer are tow pieces of paper: one is small, white, red printed paper (L:3.15", W:2.36"), another is orange paper (L:11.42", W:3.94"). The white paper states its patent right, and its new package from 1897. The orange paper states the usages and functions of the medicinal oil. The oil is for climatic sickness, diarrhea, cold, nausea, illness after pregnancy, and physical wounds. People can use it by smearing and drinking with or without tea or boy's urine.
