Runner - Artifacts

Description
Dresser Runner Oblong olive colored silk satin runner seamed 1/4 of th eway from one edge. (indicating the runner may have been mad eform traditional Chinese clothing). On each end are identical embroidered floral motifs. Consisiting of blue, green, pink, and purple chrysanthemums, daisys and orchids and rocks. Two small birds are flying above on the left and are embroidered with round bronzed and white silk thread. Areas in inner border made of black machine woven ribbon with white flowers that have red centers and green leaves. The outside edge is bound with biased black satin binding. The back is lined with off white habutai silk. Condition: Numerous stains on the front and back.
