Description
Bottle of pills inside a lidded box containing an instruction paper and advertisement A - B: Box and lid. Lid rectangular sleeve made of cardboard covered with white paper and a blue paper label with black Chinese characters on all sides. The lid slides over the cardboard bottom which is covered by white paper. C: Glass vial (H: 2"), which contains beige colored pills. The bottle has metal screw on lid and light blue label with black Chinese characters. D: Large rectangular white paper with fuschia colored border, Chinese characters, photographs of medicine and two men, and on one edge in English is "Chu Lai Bun, Wai Wah Co., 752 Washington St. San Francisco, Calif." Advertisement. E: Smaller rectangular light blue paper printed in black on one side with Chinese characters surrounded by a floral border, containing instructions for use of this patent medicine used for venereal disease.
