White ceramic Vase painted deep blue. The vase is thin at the bottom and gradually widens until near the top where it goes in towards the opening which is 1.25" in diameter. The rim is painted gold. On one side is a painted Angel fish. It is white with green and yellow, blue and pink. It has a red mouth and a black eye. There is an artist's or manufacturers mark on the bottom.
