Komintang flag is at center, painted red with a navy blue field for a gold sun. The number "60" emerges from behind the flag in raised gold lettering. The background field of the pin is medium blue. A raised zig zag pattern trims the pin in gold. Sun Yat-sen was the provisional president of the new Peoples' Republic from 1912 to 1913. He was President of Canton from 1921 to 1922.
