Pair of adult's snow boots (Yuki-Gutsu) Made of woven cattail, plain woven toe with decorative front seam, sides with vertical cattail are twined with bands of cattail near bottom, top edge is finished with red cotton felt 1.5" wide band, decorative dark twining at bottom edge of band and 2 lower bands; two soles, upper one of cattails and lower one made from skins of young bamboo shoots (takenoko-no-kawa)
