Child's Happi Festival Jacket Turquoise rayon printed with white rope design one negative and one positive around the lower half of the jacket. On the back is a large red Japanese character outlined in white. The black rayon collar extends the full length of the jacket. and has two identical characters in red and white on both sides of the front. Sleeves are small and the inner hem is lined with white synthetic fabric printed with rows of blue flowers. White basting stitches have been left on the sleeve edges after cleaning. Small white cloth label is attached inside the back neck and is stamped with red characters. the jacket is hand sewn with lavendar thread. There are two red stamps on the inside bottom of the collar.
