Two Clay Toys - Turtle and Rabbit A: Molded clay Tortoise painted red with a gold splothch on back and gold and white eyes. Under side is white. B: Molded clay rabbit crouched down, painted white with red ears, eyes, nose. Both have hollow bodies with two nails on the bottom edge of both sides. A string extends through a hole in the upper body and a metal wire loop is tied to one end and a brown clay cylinder is tied to the other end. Remnants of an elastic band are tied to the strings and one of the nails Originally the cylinder and rubber band would have been wound up so that when the string was pulled it would be propelled along a flat surface.
