"Their Japan" by Frederick Garis, Yokohama, Yoshiaawa. 200 pp., 345 illus. and photos in black and white with color accents. A: Cloth bound book with Japanese style binding of brown cord. Gold colored silk damask cover with wiggly lines. Title page, "Their Japan: Being Brief Descriptions of Noteworthy Phases of Japanese Life, of Many of the Customs, Festivals, Arts and Crafts of the Japanese - Also Descriptions of the Principle Places usually Visitied by Tourists, Besides places Away From Well Trodden Trails and Numerous Other Subjects." B: Hard cover folder which encloses book. Covered with fabric showing processions of people in blue, red and brown, intersperced with kanji. Inside gold flecked white paper. Paper label on front says "Their Japan" in green Printing. Cover fastened in two places by ivory tabs inserted into cord loops.
