Furoshiki - Artifacts

Description
Almost square shaped pink background furoshiki. It looks like silk but it may be made of rayon. It is deep crepe which is called tamba chirimen according to the tag attached. The motif is a group of children in kimono with the children's hair style from the feudal period playing jump rope, holding the ends of the rope in a circular motion. Two under the rope have bare feet. One branch on left upper corner of the furoshiki and falling leaves are scattering. It appears never to have been used.
