Furoshiki - Artifacts

Description
Brown bordered FUROSHIKI is stencil-dyed and also uses wax resist method. Inside and near the edges of the two folding fan shaped areas, there are bluish-grey bamboo, flower arrangement vase with holders called KENZAN and the tools for tea ceremony such as a tea bowl, spoon, container for tea powder. The NATSUME (tea container) depicts looks of lacquerware with a family crest in white, green, orange, on textured black background. The rests have cloth covers in brown and green. the abstract peach colored squares and short lines are added inside the fan shaped areas. It is in good condition. The materials is of synthetic fabric, woven flat and smooth. Stains and dye flaws.
