A handmade doll of soft ribbed cotton wearing a cotton gauze YUKATA. The face is hand-embroidered in black thread except for the red embroidered lips. The hair is black yarn parted in the middle of the head and to its shoulders. The YUKATA is stencil dyed in indigo, light brown and gray check motifs scattered throughout the cloth. The yukata can be removed and is tied with a cotton gauze strip.
