Formal Hakama Skirt worn with men's Kimono Brown stripped densely woven silk with five box pleats in the front and two large double pleats in the back. The skirt is open on each side at the hips and faced on the outside front. The inner front has a double flap of fabric and a waistband which extends into long ties. At the back waist is a stiffened back support with two triangular flaps on the outside and ties extending out from each side. The skirt is sewn by hand.
