Framed Calligraphy Black ink sumi on white handmade Japanese paper with hemp leaf design. Two red artist seals on left on positive and one negative. Glass on top of calligraphy. Dark brown stain, mitered wood frame. Cardboard backing to be replaced. Paper with written calligraphy repeated on back. Translated as: Tachi Narabu Yama Koso Nakere Daihachiko wagahi no moto no Fuji no takane-ni", "At eight great lakes, one does not see mountain ranges, but one see's our Japan's Mt. Fuji's Peak." (play on words)
