Patent medicine - Artifacts

Description
A metal box and many red pills in it. The metal box originally should have been plated with gold or copper. Now the golden plate is almost totally faded, except the two pictures' outline on the top and bottom, and the surface inside the cap. There are many brown rusts inside the box, and the connected band area. There are four small cracks on each corner of the connected band. Both right and left sides of the cap have a tiny hole on them. The metal connection is in good condition. The pictures on the top and bottom are the same one: a gourd withe flying ribbons inside a frame. There is green lines tracing the shapes. The picture in the bottom is blurrer than the top one. The box cannot close tightly. Many small, red, unidentifiable pills. Some of them are broken, and inside the red cover is a golen-brown pill. On the right and left sides, there are two black print words; KWONG HING.
