Flat Paper Fan Round shaped with a double layer of white paper with bamboo skeleton radiating from handle inside. Trimmed with cream colored paper strip. On the front wood-block print style village scene with peach colored torii gate and fence, yellow building in center with gray roof, pine trees and people throughout scene, two buildings in background, and mountains on horizon. The fan is inserted into a flat bamboo wood handle with knotched top and reinforced with white glue; a semi-circular blue paper tab protects the fan at the handle. On the back is kanji written in gray ink. On the bottom back of the handle is a black permanent mark covering an old museum inventory number.
