Cricket holder (?) missing lid. A small ceramic basket on low tripod feet with open fret-work sides and decoration. The basket and its handle horm an egg-shaped piece. Has an ivory-colored clay slip with delicate forms of butterflies and flowers in blue, yellow, and red with gold outlines. Hand-made. This specimen is an example of the ware produced for Western taste of the Victorian era.
