Belt - Artifacts

Description
A narrow woven belt of fine cotton. It is salmon colored with mirror image the stripes in groups of three. The first stripe is black, green, and yellow. The second is deeper salmon, white, green, salmon, green, and deep salmon. The third is white, deep salmon, green, salmon, green, white, pink, black, and blue. Thre are four sets of these mirror image stripes. There are two extra stripes. There are 1" fringes at each end. Donor's father collected a number of textiles while stationed in the Philippines as an Army officer c. 1900-1917.
